Harborside Recruiting, LLC was established in 2018 by Loren Jones, a former Marine and 3rd generation truck driver. After coming off the road to spend more time with his family, he worked in job placement with disabled veterans for several years. Eventually, Loren found his niche in the recruiting industry, where he worked for over 20 years. During that time, he gained valuable experience as a recruiter, safety director, driver trainer/manager and branch manager for one of the top 100 fastest-growing staffing firms in the United States.  

Loren knows the value of developing meaningful relationships with both the companies he partners with and potential candidates. He's created a business that prides itself on three core values: Integrity, Trust and Dedication.
